SB 1214 (2023) -  Continuing Chiropractic Education

Deleting a requirement that all chiropractic continuing education be completed in a classroom setting; prohibiting the Board of Chiropractic Medicine from limiting the number of hours of continuing education a chiropractic physician may complete through distance learning; authorizing the board to make exceptions to continuing education requirements during a declared state of emergency in this state; specifying who may teach board-approved continuing education courses, etc.
