Removes requirement chiropractic continuing education be completed in classroom setting; prohibits board from limiting number of hours of continuing education courses chiropractic physician may complete through distance learning; authorizes board to make exceptions to meet continuing education requirements during declared state of emergency; specifies who may teach board-approved continuing education courses.
