SB 1714 (2022) -  Prohibited Employer Retaliation Related to COVID-19

Prohibiting an employer from taking retaliatory action against an employee who takes a leave of absence to quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19 and provides proof of the positive test to the employer; authorizing an employee to use sick leave for such quarantine if sick leave is available to the employee, etc.
