Requires legislative approval before Governor is authorized to renew certain emergency provisions; requires Governor to review & redraft provisions after a certain period of time; requires OPPAGA to prepare report; requires such report to accompany Governor's redraft of such provisions; provides authorized & prohibited actions of Governor; provides specified property is considered commandeered & compensation is required; provides requirements for certain emergency provisions; revises required & authorized actions of State Health Officer.
