Requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration, by a specified date, to develop and implement a methodology for collecting performance data from graduate medical education programs seeking or receiving public funding under the Statewide Medicaid Residency Program; specifying minimum requirements for the performance data; requiring the agency to establish certain minimum performance measurements for graduate medical programs receiving funding under the program, etc.
