Law Enforcement Officers: Requires FDLE to create program to appoint & supervise unpaid auxiliary law enforcement officers with statewide jurisdiction to support law enforcement agencies; specifies status of such officers; provides training courses may be taught from any location in virtual classroom without an instructor present.
