Deletes requirement that chiropractic continuing education be completed in classroom setting; prohibits Board of Chiropractic Medicine from limiting number of continuing education hours that may be completed through distance learning; authorizes board to provide exceptions to continuing education requirements during declared state of emergency; provides requirements for continuing education instructors.
