Providing an exemption from public records requirements for records containing certain information pertaining to a buyer or transferee who is not found to be prohibited from receipt or transfer of ammunition; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing for the reversion of specified statutory text unless certain conditions are met; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 180 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
