HB 1455 (2023) -  Governmental Agency Drone Use

Requires governmental agencies that use drones not produced by approved manufacturers to submit by specified date to DMS comprehensive plan for discontinuing use of such drones by specified date; requires that agencies not timely submitting required plan must discontinue use of such drones by specified date.
