Specialty License Plates: Renaming the “Give the Kids the World” specialty license plate as the “Universal Orlando Resort” specialty license plate; directing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a Recycle Florida license plate and a Florida Association of Realtors license plate; providing for distribution and use of fees collected from the sale of the plates, etc.
