Death Benefits for Active Duty Servicemembers: Revising the amount and conditions of payment of death benefits; requiring that payment be made to the beneficiary through the process set out by the Department of Military Affairs; requiring the department to request the Chief Financial Officer to draw a warrant for payment of benefits from the General Revenue Fund, etc.
