Requires owner of self-service storage space to provide certain notice to alternative contact person; reduces number of times certain advertisement must be published; authorizes such advertisement to be published on certain public websites; reduces amount of time in which sale or other disposition must take place after publication of advertisement; provides requirements for self-service storage space rental agreements & applications for rental agreements.
