SB 1932 (2022) -  Sexual Offenders and Predators

Providing that a person must meet specified criteria to qualify for removal of a sexual predator, sexually violent predator, or any other specified sexual offender designation; designating “The Florida Sexual Offenders Act”; requiring the custodian of a local jail to notify the Department of Law Enforcement if a sexual offender in its custody escapes or dies; requiring a specified sexual offender to establish that his or her designation has been removed and that he or she does not meet any other specified criteria that require registration as a sexual offender to qualify for removal of the requirement for registration as a sexual offender, etc.
