Providing that students awarded a certificate of completion are eligible to enroll in workforce education programs; providing that students awarded a certificate of completion are eligible to enroll in workforce education programs; requiring charter technical career centers to identify such programs; requiring that students be advised of specified educational options before being awarded a certificate of completion, etc.
