Fees/Professional Structural Engineer Licensing: Authorizing the Board of Professional Engineers to establish fees relating to professional structural engineer licensing; requiring applicants to pay a specified fee to be eligible to receive a professional structural engineer license, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 940 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
