Citing this act as the “Debt-Free Justice for Children Act”; deleting certain children and young adults, and the parents or guardians of such children and young adults, from numerous provisions relating to fees, costs, and financial obligations; repealing a provision relating to responsibility for cost of care and fees; providing that certain fees and court-ordered costs are unenforceable and uncollectable; requiring reinstatement of driver licenses that have been suspended for failure to make specified payments, etc.
