HB 1437 (2021) -  Final Disposition of Fetal Remains

Requires fetal remains from surgical abortions at abortion clinic to be disposed of by cremation or interment; provides that pregnant woman who has surgical abortion has right to determine final disposition of fetal remains & location for final disposition; provides requirements for abortion clinics; provides immunities from liability; provides penalties; provides prohibitions & requirements for operators of crematory facilities.
