Defining the terms “carbon monoxide alarm” and “generator”; requiring a person providing a generator in a transaction to sell, lease, or rent the generator to also include a carbon monoxide alarm in such transaction and recommend that the buyer, lessee, or renter use the alarm while the generator is in use, etc.
