Revising the methods by which clerks of the circuit courts must accept payments for certain fees, charges, costs, and fines; providing requirements for entering into payment plans; authorizing a court to waive, modify, and convert certain fines and fees into community service under specified circumstances; requiring that a notification form and the uniform traffic citation include certain information about paying a civil penalty; authorizing certain persons to apply for reinstatement of their suspended driver licenses under certain circumstances, etc.
