Requiring, rather than authorizing, the Department of Health to certify an applicant for designation as a certified master social worker if the applicant meets certain criteria; deleting a provision relating to an application requirement; requiring licensees, certificateholders, provisional licensees, and registrants to include their applicable professional titles on social media and other specified materials, etc.
