Emergency Allergy Treatment:
Revising the definition of the term “authorized entity” to include state universities and Florida College System institutions; providing that educational training programs relating to the administration of epinephrine auto-injectors may be offered online; requiring that state universities and Florida College System institutions pay the costs associated with such training for certain personnel; requiring, rather than authorizing, pharmacists to dispense epinephrine auto-injectors in certain circumstances; requiring, rather than authorizing, certain individuals to use epinephrine auto-injectors for specified purposes, etc.
