Removing provisions related to standards for the preparation and annual update of comprehensive emergency management plans for assisted living facilities for the purpose of revising and relocating the provisions; preempting the regulation of comprehensive emergency management planning for assisted living facilities to the state; requiring a facility to submit a comprehensive emergency management plan to the county emergency management agency before the facility may be issued a license, etc.
