Prohibiting an employer from requiring an employee to sign a nondisclosure agreement, waiver, or other document, as a condition of employment, to prevent the employee from disclosing sexual harassment or sexual assault; prohibiting an employer from discharging or retaliating against an employee for disclosing or discussing workplace sexual harassment or sexual assault, etc.
