HB 557 (2019) -  Reciprocity for the Medical Use of Marijuana

Provides that qualified patient identification card or caregiver identification card, or its equivalent, issued by another state, United States territory, or District of Columbia, has same force & effect as medical marijuana use registry identification card issued by DOH.
