Search of the Content, Information, and Communications of Cellular Phones, Portable Electronic Communication Devices, and Microphone-Enabled Household Devices: Revises exceptions to prohibition on unlawful access to stored communications; requires that law enforcement obtain warrant to acquire certain location information; provides procedures for such warrants; provides limited exceptions in certain circumstances.
