Tax Deed Sales: Requiring a tax certificateholder to pay specified costs required to bring the property on which taxes are delinquent to sale; authorizing a clerk to rely on addresses provided by the tax collector for specified purposes; providing procedures to be used by clerks in determining disbursement of surplus funds, etc.
