SB 530 (2018) -  Risk Protection Orders

Creating the "The Risk Protection Order Act"; authorizing risk protection orders to prevent persons who are at high risk of harming themselves or others from accessing firearms; requiring law enforcement agencies to develop certain policies and procedures by a certain date; requiring the termination of a license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm that is held by a person subject to such an order, etc.
