HB 279 (2018) -  State Investments

Requires SBA to divest investments of institution or company doing business with government of Venezuela; prohibits SBA & state agencies from investing in institutions or companies that do business with or invest in government of Venezuela; authorizes Governor to waive investment prohibitions if certain conditions exist.
