Revising the daily compensation rate for juror service; requiring the clerk of the circuit court to certify each month to the Chief Financial Officer the amount of funds expended related to juror compensation; requiring the Chief Financial Officer to verify the amount expended and to distribute funds to cover such amount from the General Revenue Fund, etc.
