Provides that compulsory school attendance laws apply to children ages 6 to 18 years; requires parental notification of forfeiture of benefits received from state financial assistance program upon request for termination of school enrollment; requires students to attend school until age of 18 years; removes discretionary authority of district school board to allow student to take high school equivalency examination after reaching specified age.
