HB 1309 (2016) -  Sexual Offenses Involving Postsecondary Students

Requires that law enforcement agencies report certain sexual offenses involving postsecondary students to designated official at postsecondary institution; requires specified postsecondary institutions to require that information on sexual assault be included in course syllabi.
