SB 1408 (2016) -  Public Records/Records Concerning Firearms Relinquished Pursuant to Protective Injunctions

Exempting records containing identifying information of the respondent, petitioner, or recipient of firearms relinquished pursuant to provisions relating to injunctions against domestic violence, stalking, or cyberstalking; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1410 or similar legislation relating to relinquishing firearms pursuant to a domestic violence, stalking, or cyberstalking injunction takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
