SB 1164 (2015) -  Expunction of Criminal History Records

Providing that an individual who has been adjudicated guilty of driving under the influence but who otherwise meets the requirements for expunction of criminal history records may petition to expunge a criminal history record for a subsequent offense unless expunction is specifically prohibited for such violations, etc.
