CS/SB 1472 (2014) -  Personal Identification Information Theft

by Criminal Justice and Abruzzo
Providing that it is unlawful for any person to willfully and without authorization fraudulently use personal identification information concerning specified individuals without their consent; creating the Identity Theft and Fraud Task Force within the Department of Law Enforcement to assist in investigation and prosecution of criminal use of personal identification information in specified counties; providing for future repeal, etc.
