SB 1452 (2014) -  Value Adjustment Boards

Providing that only a taxpayer and certain specified agents of the taxpayer may contest a property tax or assessment before a value adjustment board; providing civil remedies to a property appraiser for violations of the act; providing that a value adjustment board decision regarding a property tax or assessment contested before the board by an unauthorized person is void and unenforceable, etc.
