Public Records/Victim of a Domestic Violence Offense:
Providing an exemption from public records requirements for intelligence or investigative information that may reveal the address or place of employment of a person who is a victim of a domestic violence offense; providing for future review and repeal of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
