SB 960 (2014) -  Protection of Children

Requiring a statewide team of child protection investigators to respond to a child’s death or disappearance within a specified timeframe; requiring reports; requiring that the reports be posted on the Department of Children and Families' website; requiring the department to disclose the basic facts of all fatalities and near fatalities of children which result from child abuse or neglect; prohibiting certain information relating to the near fatality of a child from being released, etc.
