Provides exemption from public records requirements for investigative information that may reveal address or place of employment of person who is victim of domestic violence offense; provides for future review & repeal; provides for notice to court of an intent to maintain confidentiality of investigative information that may reveal address or place of employment of person who is victim of domestic violence offense; provides for defense motions for disclosure of victim's address or place of employment provides statement of public necessity.
