General Bill
Guardians and Wards:
Providing that a guardian or attorney is entitled to a reasonable fee for services and costs if there is a proven benefit to the ward by the actions of the guardian or the attorney; revising the requirements for the composition and appointment of an examining committee; authorizing family members and caregivers to observe and record evaluations; prohibiting financial exploitation of a ward, etc.
