Provides for registration of electronic devices & computer terminals used to conduct electronic game promotions; prohibits DOACS from accepting filing from certain entities; establishes requirements for electronic game promotions; requires annual terminal fee; authorizes county or municipality to regulate operator that provides electronic devices or computer terminals for electronic game promotion or to prohibit future operation of game promotions.
