Economic Development: Authorizes OTTED's direct-support organization (DSO) to establish official state golf trail; requires DSO to cooperate with various entities; requires DSO to designate proprietary name for official state golf trail; authorizes DSO to license name & receive compensation for such licensing; requires DSO to maintain & protect name, brand, & proprietary marks of official state golf trail in specified manner; encourages DSO to enter into certain licensing arrangements or contracts; prohibits DSO from accepting certain financial responsibility or liability for official state golf trail; authorizes various economic development & tourism promotion agencies to support official state golf trail; revises definition of term "qualified active low-income community business" for purposes of New Markets Development Program Act; requires DSO to submit report to Governor & Legislature on official state golf trail.
