General Bill
Commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the End of the United States' Involvement in the Vietnam War:
Designates March 25, 2013, the 40th anniversary of the end of the United States' involvement in the Vietnam War, as a legal holiday; provides for annual observance of "Vietnam Veterans' Day," commencing on a specified date; requires DVA to administratively promote & support efforts of counties, municipalities, & veterans' organizations that voluntarily hold special community events commemorating 40th anniversary of end of U.S. involvement in Vietnam & subsequent observances of Vietnam Veterans' Day; creates Vietnam Veterans license plate; establishes annual use fee; provides for distribution of use fees received from sale of such plates.
