General Bill
Offenses Against Unborn Children:
Cites this act as the "Florida Unborn Victims of Violence Act." Defines the term "unborn child" for purposes of vehicular homicide. Revises terminology to refer to "unborn child" rather than "viable fetus." Provides that certain offenses relating to the killing of an unborn child by injury to the mother do not require specified knowledge or intent, etc.
