Deletes requirements for physician's supervision of certain advanced registered nurse practitioners & physician assistants at medical offices other than physician's primary practice location; deletes requirements for physician's disclosure of certain information to, & for initial examination of, patient upon referral by another practitioner; deletes provision specifying that certain provisions are self-executing & do not require or authorize rulemaking.
