Local Bill
Pension Fund/Firefighters/Police/City of Tampa:
Authorizes the City of Tampa to enter into a supplemental contract with
certain firefighters and police officers to comply with specified provisions.
Revises the manner in which elective trustees are elected. Increases the
maximum length of time prior to term commencement in which to conduct trustee
elections. Allows the board to retain the services of more than one
nationally recognized professional investment counselor, etc.
