Expunging and Sealing Criminal History Records:
Provides jurisdiction of courts over expunction & sealing procedures; specifies types of records that are eligible; provides limitations upon when court may expunge or seal specified records; requires certificate of eligibility from FDLE; provides specified documentation that must be submitted to court for petition to expunge or seal; provides for processing of order for sealing or expunction; provides effect of order; provides exceptions; establishes nonjudicial process for sealing specified records; specifies types of records that are eligible; provides exceptions; establishes application process; provides for effect of such sealing.
