State Technology: Creates Agency for State Technology; provides for executive director who shall be state's Chief Information Officer; provides organization, duties, & responsibilities of agency; abolishes Agency for Enterprise Information Technology & transfers its personnel, functions, & funds & other personnel, functions, & funds relating to Technology Program under DMS to AST.
