HB 91 - Integrity of Public Investigations

General Bill   by Soto (CO-SPONSORS) Jenne
Integrity of Public Investigations: Designates act "Florida Investigatory Integrity Act"; provides that employee of state agency with investigatory or regulatory functions may not perform work for any individual or organization that is subject of civil or criminal investigation or judicial proceeding by that agency during pendency of investigation or judicial proceeding or for specified period thereafter.
Effective Date: July 1, 2012
