SB 1678 (2011) -  McKay Scholarships/Students With Disabilities

Provides that when a student who is receiving the John M. McKay Scholarship enrolls in a public school or public school program, the term of the student's scholarship ends. Provides an exception for students who enter a Department of Juvenile Justice detention center for a period of no more than 21 days.
