International Commerical Arbitration: Replaces Florida International Arbitration Act with Florida International Commercial Arbitration Act; provides requirements, procedures, & limitations for international commercial arbitration; provides requirements & restrictions on courts; provides for creation of arbitral tribunals; provides powers, duties, & responsibilities of arbitral tribunals; provides for arbitral proceedings; provides procedures for appointment of arbitrators; specifies powers, duties, & responsibilities of arbitrators; provides for liability for & award of costs & damages; authorizes parties to arbitration to agree to arbitration procedures; provides default procedures; provides procedures & requirements for evidence; provides for awards by arbitral tribunals; provides judicial immunity to arbitrators; specifies conditions under which court may set aside arbitral award; provides for recognition & enforcement of arbitral awards by court.
